I'm always looking for quick, easy, healthy food ideas. One of my favorites, that I put together almost once a week, is baking tilapia in the oven over my veggies.
Needed:
Casserole Dish
Tilapia Fillets
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Lemon Pepper
Creole Seasoning
*Preheat oven to 400
*Layer frozen broccoli and cauliflower on bottom of casserole dish.
*Sprinkle seasonings
*Lay fillets on top of veggies
*Sprinkle seasonings
*Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes
*Uncover and bake for additional 10-15 minutes
Now that sounds excellent!
